Power Jacks introduced their modern apprentice scheme in 2016 in conjunction with the North East of Scotland College in Aberdeenshire, aiming to help address the skills shortages in the industry whilst providing a defined development path for individuals looking to follow a career in engineering.

The 2022 Apprenticeship Program is closed. Power Jacks currently have 4 apprentices.
