Product Selector Proves Popular
A Bevel Gearbox Product Selector, which allows customers to quickly and easily match a product for their application requirements, is proving to be a welcome addition to the Power Jacks website.
Power Jacks recently released the online tool which takes the hard work out of finding the right product. To generate feedback and to give customers the chance to express their views on the Product Selector, Power Jacks issued a short survey.
The results of the survey were extremely positive. 100% of respondents found the selector to be useful in some way, were likely to use the Product Selector again, and were likely to recommend the selector to a colleague. While 90% of respondents will be interested in any future releases of the selector (Screw Jacks being the next planned roll-out).
Feedback received included; “Product Selector is really good and it helps to choose the required model and to get all the parameters very fast.”
“Excellent service, will use the screw jack selector when released”.
